CDBG Implementation Handbook

​The Implementation Handbook is designed to provide project implementation guidance to Grantees awarded funds through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs (e.g., CDBG-CV, CDBG-ED, CDBG-PF, CDBG-PFED, and CDBG-PLNG) administered by the Department of Administration (DOA) - Division of Energy, Housing and Community Resources (DEHCR) - Bureau of Community Development (BCD). Some documents are also applicable to other federally funded grant programs administered by DEHCR.
