At the Division of Energy, Housing and Community Resources (DEHCR), we offer programs that help people with energy costs, housing needs, and community support.

Programs

Energy Assistance

Helps households with energy costs, efficiency improvements, and HVAC or water heater repair and replacement.

Housing Programs

Provide funding for homelessness services, rental assistance, home purchase assistance, and home rehabilitation.

Community Resources

Provide grants to local governments for infrastructure improvements, blight elimination, business development, and disaster recovery.
