​​​​​​​The Home Energy Plus (HE+) Program provides eligib​​le households with assistance for electric and heating costs and energy efficiency improvements as well as HVAC and Water Conservation repairs or replacements. ​​

​​P​​rovides funding for homeless and special needs p​r​ograms, as well as rental, home purchase and home rehabilitation assistance.

​​​​Provides grants to eligible units of government including Towns, Villages, Cities and Counties for public infrastructure improvements, blight elimination, business development and disaster recovery assistance.

Interagency Council on Homelessness was designated under the statutory authority established by the 2017 Wisconsin Act 74 with the goal of preventing and ending homelessness in Wisconsin.

​The Office of Sustainability and Clean Energy​ was established by ​Executive Order #38 and is responsible for fighting the effects of climate change through programs and policies that support the use of clean energy resources and technology. ​​​

The Division of Energy, Housing and Community Resources (DEHCR) offers a broad range of program assistance and resources to address homelessness and support affordable housing, public infrastructure, household energy needs, and economic development opportunities. The Division partners with local governments and service providers, non-profit agencies, housing authorities, and developers.​
