The Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Energy, Housing and Community Resources (DEHCR) will open a public input period to solicit public feedback and input for Substantial Amendment #8 to the 2019 Annual Action Plan. Substantial Amendment #8 reflects a change in the plan for distributing remaining CDBG‐CV funding. No new CDBG‐CV funding is available; however, remaining unobligated funds may be awarded directly as Public Services to help address the needs of homeless shelters, provide emergency subsistence payments, as well as food related needs persisting in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
The public input period will begin August 23, 2024, and end August 30, 2024. Beginning August 23, 2024, interested parties may access the draft Substantial Amendment #8 here. Comments should be submitted to doadehcr@wisconsin.gov
If you have any questions, concerns, or need accommodations (we request at least 2 days notice to provide for accommodations) – please contact Landon Williams.
